CRM pricing in India: what a small team actually pays in a year

The CRM price in India for a small business usually lands between ₹400 and ₹1,300 per user per month on an entry plan, and ₹1,400 to ₹5,000 or more per user on an advanced one. A few CRMs have a free plan for one to three people, and a few charge one flat price for a whole team. GST is added on top of every figure you see.

That per-user figure is the least useful number on the page, though. What you actually pay depends on how many people need a login, whether you pay monthly or yearly, and the extras that are not on the pricing card. This post works out the full year’s cost for a real-sized team, using prices taken from each vendor’s own pricing page on 15 October 2026.

CRM prices in India per user: the list prices

These are the published rupee prices for entry and mid-level sales CRM plans, per user per month, before GST. The “yearly” column is the price per month when you pay for a year in advance.

CRM and planPaid yearlyPaid monthlyHow it is charged
Bigin by Zoho Express₹400₹550Per user
Freshsales Growth₹749₹899Per user
Zoho CRM Standard₹800₹1,300Per user
Zoho CRM Professional₹1,400₹2,100Per user
LeadSquared Sales Pro₹2,500Not listedPer user, billed yearly
Freshsales Pro₹3,239₹3,889Per user
Bitrix24 Basic₹1,910₹2,990Flat, for up to 5 users
Bitrix24 Standard₹4,790₹6,890Flat, for up to 50 users

Sources: the pricing pages of Zoho CRM, Bigin, Freshsales, LeadSquared and Bitrix24, checked on 15 October 2026. Prices change, so open the page before you decide. Two well-known names are missing on purpose: Salesforce’s India pricing page shows its prices in US dollars, and we could not read a rupee price from HubSpot’s or Pipedrive’s pages on the day.

What a 5-person team pays in a year

Take a made-up example: an interior firm in Nagpur with an owner, two salespeople, a designer and an office coordinator who all need to see leads. Five logins, entry-level plan, before GST.

Bar chart of one year's CRM cost for a five-person team, before GST, from each vendor's page on 15 October 2026. Paid yearly versus paid monthly: Bitrix24 Basic 22,920 versus 35,880 rupees; Bigin Express 24,000 versus 33,000; Freshsales Growth 44,940 versus 53,940; Zoho CRM Standard 48,000 versus 78,000.
The same five people, the same year. Paying monthly on Zoho CRM Standard costs ₹30,000 more than paying yearly.
Plan (5 users, 12 months)Paid yearlyPaid monthly
Bitrix24 Basic (flat)₹22,920₹35,880
Bigin Express₹24,000₹33,000
Freshsales Growth₹44,940₹53,940
Zoho CRM Standard₹48,000₹78,000
LeadSquared Sales Pro₹1,50,000—

Two things stand out. The cheapest and the dearest plan in the table differ by more than six times for the same team. And the plans are not like for like: Bigin is Zoho’s deliberately simpler product, while LeadSquared is built for high-volume sales teams. Price only means something once you know the plan does the jobs you need, which is why our guide to choosing a CRM for a small business starts with the problem, not the product.

Then add GST

Pricing pages show prices before tax. Zoho’s says plainly that GST is charged in addition. In this example, at an 18% rate, Zoho CRM Standard paid yearly becomes ₹48,000 + ₹8,640 = ₹56,640. Check the rate on the vendor’s actual invoice. If you are GST-registered, ask for the invoice in your business name with your GSTIN, and ask your accountant whether you can claim the tax back. Our post on what a GST invoice must show lists what to look for on it.

Per user or per business: which costs less as you grow

Most CRMs charge per user. The bill rises with every person you add, including the part-time telecaller and the field technician who only needs to mark a job done. Some charge a flat price for the business or for a block of users. Here is the yearly cost, paid yearly and before GST, as the same firm grows:

Team sizeZoho CRM Standard (per user)Freshsales Growth (per user)Bitrix24 (flat per block)
3 users₹28,800₹26,964₹22,920 (Basic)
5 users₹48,000₹44,940₹22,920 (Basic)
10 users₹96,000₹89,880₹57,480 (Standard)

Per-user pricing is fair for one or two people. It quietly works against you later, because the cheapest way to save money becomes not giving the technician a login, and that is exactly the person whose updates you need. Flat pricing has its own catch: a jump between tiers, like Bitrix24 moving from 5 users to 50, can more than double the bill when you hire your sixth person.

The costs that are not on the pricing card

None of these appear in the per-user figure, and each can matter more than the difference between two vendors.

  • Monthly billing. The headline price usually assumes a year paid in advance. Monthly can cost anywhere from about 20% to over 60% more, as the table above shows.
  • The plan you actually need. Automation, reports or a second sales pipeline are often on the tier above the one advertised. Read the feature table, not the price card.
  • WhatsApp messaging. A CRM that sends messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform passes on Meta’s per-message charges, on top of the subscription. Click-to-chat from your own phone costs nothing extra. Our post on WhatsApp API or click-to-chat explains the difference.
  • Calling. Built-in dialling, call recording or a virtual number is usually a separate telephony bill.
  • Setup help. Larger CRMs often need a consultant or partner to set up fields, stages and rules. That fee is rarely published; ask for it in writing.
  • Moving your data in. Cleaning a spreadsheet of old enquiries takes someone’s time, whichever CRM you choose. Our guide to moving from Excel to a CRM covers the work.
  • Dollar billing. A price in dollars moves with the exchange rate, and your card may add a foreign currency charge.
  • The renewal. Note the price you signed up at, and check it before the year renews.

How to work out your own number

  1. Count logins honestly. Everyone who needs to see or update a lead, including part-timers and field staff.
  2. Pick the plan that has your must-haves. Usually: leads arriving from IndiaMART, JustDial or your website, follow-up reminders, and a report on which source converts.
  3. Multiply for a year at the monthly price, and again at the yearly price.
  4. Add GST and any add-on you will need from month one.
  5. Price the next hire. Redo the sum with one more person. If the bill jumps, you know now rather than in a year.

Then compare that figure with what a lost enquiry costs you. If one job brings ₹10,000 of margin, a CRM that saves one job a month pays for most of these plans. Our post on free CRM vs paid CRM shows that sum worked through.

When a cheaper CRM is the wrong saving

  • When nobody uses it. A CRM your team ignores costs its full price and returns nothing. A few hundred rupees more for one people actually open is the cheaper choice.
  • When the cheap plan lacks automatic lead capture. Typing every portal enquiry in by hand costs hours a week, and some never get typed in.
  • When you pay a year up front for something untested. Pay monthly for the first month or two, then switch to yearly once the team is using it.

Where Enkay CRM fits on price

Enkay CRM, from Enkay Technologies, is priced per business rather than per user. The Free plan costs ₹0 for one user with unlimited leads and follow-ups. The Business plan is ₹499 a month or ₹4,990 a year for the whole business with unlimited users, and includes IndiaMART, JustDial and website leads arriving automatically, lead assignment, reports, and GST quotations and invoices. New accounts get 90 days of Business features free.

What it does not have, so you can compare fairly: no native Android or iPhone app (it runs in the phone’s browser), no workflow builder, no built-in calling, and no WhatsApp, SMS or email reminders yet; the shared WhatsApp inbox is in development. Online card and UPI checkout is not switched on, so upgrading is arranged by contacting Enkay Technologies. The pricing page lists exactly what each plan includes.

The short version

The CRM price in India for a small team is less about the per-user figure than about four multipliers: how many logins you need, monthly or yearly billing, GST, and the extras. For five people on an entry plan, a year costs from about ₹23,000 to ₹78,000 before GST depending on the product and how you pay. Work out the full year for your own headcount, then price the next hire, before you sign up.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a CRM cost per month in India?

Entry plans from the well-known vendors run from about ₹400 to ₹1,300 per user per month, and advanced plans from about ₹1,400 to ₹5,000 or more per user. Some vendors charge one flat price for a whole team instead. GST is added on top, and paying monthly rather than yearly costs more.

Is CRM software priced per user?

Most CRMs are priced per user per month, so the bill grows with every salesperson, telecaller or technician you add. A few charge a flat price for the business or for a block of users. Per-user is cheaper for one or two people; a flat price usually wins once the team grows.

Is GST charged on a CRM subscription?

Yes. Prices on CRM pricing pages are usually shown before tax, and GST is added to the invoice. Zoho’s pricing page, for example, says local taxes including GST are charged in addition. If your business is GST-registered, ask for a GST invoice in your business name so you can check whether the tax can be claimed back as input tax credit.

Why is the monthly price higher than the advertised price?

The headline price on most pricing pages assumes you pay for a full year in advance. Paying month to month costs more: on Zoho CRM Standard it is ₹1,300 a user instead of ₹800, and on Freshsales Growth ₹899 instead of ₹749, from each vendor’s page on 15 October 2026.

What is the cheapest CRM for a small business?

The cheapest is a free plan, if its limits fit you; several vendors offer one for one to three users. After that, the cheapest depends on team size: per-user plans are cheapest for one or two people, and flat-priced plans are cheapest for larger teams. Compare the full year’s cost for your actual headcount, not the per-user figure.

What does Enkay CRM cost?

Enkay CRM has a Free plan at ₹0 for one user, and a Business plan at ₹499 a month or ₹4,990 a year for the whole business with unlimited users. New accounts get 90 days of Business features free. Online checkout is not switched on yet, so upgrading is arranged by contacting Enkay Technologies.
