How billing works
The trial is the full Standard plan for 15 days, paid once. It does not renew on its own.
If you do not upgrade, you can still log in, see and export everything, but not add or change anything. Nothing is deleted.
Basic is ₹499 a month or ₹4,990 a year. Standard is ₹999 a month or ₹9,990 a year. Yearly is two months free.
Online checkout is not switched on yet. Email support@enkaytechnologies.com or call +91 93708 86054 and Enkay Technologies arranges the trial or plan with you.
If a paid plan lapses, it keeps working for 7 days while you sort out the renewal, then becomes read-only.
Paid features continue to the end of the period you paid for. The refund policy covers the rest.
Pricing questions
What do I get for ₹49?
The full Standard plan for 15 days, with unlimited users: IndiaMART, JustDial and website leads, quotations, invoices, reports and import. It is a one-off payment and does not renew on its own.
What is the difference between Basic and Standard?
Basic (₹499 a month) is for up to 2 users, such as the owner and one more person, and has every feature for running leads, quotations, invoices, stock, jobs and reports. Standard (₹999 a month) adds unlimited users, one price for the whole team, and sharing new leads in turn. Standard’s WhatsApp extras are coming soon.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Email support@enkaytechnologies.com or call +91 93708 86054 and Enkay Technologies will move you across. Moving from Basic to Standard lifts the 2-user limit.
Can I add more team members?
On Basic, up to 2 users. On Standard, as many as you like for the same ₹999 a month.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have not moved to Basic or Standard, the account becomes read-only. You can still log in, see everything and export your leads and customers to CSV, but you cannot add or change anything until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Is WhatsApp API included?
Not yet. A shared inbox, conversation history and sending through the WhatsApp Business API are coming soon on Standard. Today, click-to-chat and call from any lead work on every plan. Read more on WhatsApp CRM.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. When WhatsApp API messaging launches, Meta’s per-message charges will be shown separately and are not included in the plan price.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export your leads and customers to CSV any time: during the trial, on Basic or Standard, and on a read-only account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your paid features continue to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy for the details.
Why are prices different in each country?
Each country’s price is set by local purchasing power, so Basic and Standard cost about the same in real terms everywhere. India pays in rupees; elsewhere the page shows your local price. Enkay Technologies confirms the amount and currency with you when you pay.
How do I pay?
Online card and UPI checkout is not switched on yet. Email support@enkaytechnologies.com or call +91 93708 86054 and Enkay Technologies will arrange the payment with you directly, for the trial or a plan. A paid plan that lapses keeps working for 7 days, then becomes read-only until it is renewed.
