The Free plan is a real plan, not a trial. Business + WhatsApp opens when the shared inbox ships; there is no date yet.

How billing works
- Per business, not per seat. The Business plan covers everyone in your business. Add a salesperson or a field technician and the price stays the same.
- 90 days of Business on signup. Every new account starts with Business features for 90 days. After that it moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
- Upgrading is by email for now. Online card and UPI checkout is not switched on yet. Email support@enkaytechnologies.com and Enkay Technologies arranges the upgrade and payment with you directly.
- Monthly or yearly. Business is ₹499 a month, or ₹4,990 a year.
- A short grace period. If a paid plan lapses, it keeps working for 7 days.
- Cancel any time. Paid features continue to the end of the period you have paid for. The refund policy covers the rest.
Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It costs ₹0, for one user, with unlimited leads and follow-ups. It is a real plan rather than a trial, and it does not expire.
What happens after the first 90 days?
Every new account gets Business features free for 90 days. After that, the account moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade. Your leads stay where they are.
Is the price per user?
No. Enkay CRM is priced per business. The Business plan includes unlimited users for ₹499 a month or ₹4,990 a year.
How do I pay for the Business plan?
Online card and UPI checkout is not switched on yet. Email support@enkaytechnologies.com and Enkay Technologies will arrange the upgrade and payment with you directly.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your paid features continue to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy for the details.
What if my payment is late?
A paid plan that lapses keeps working for 7 days, which gives time to sort out the renewal without your team losing access.
When will the Business + WhatsApp plan open?
When the shared WhatsApp inbox is ready. It is in development and there is no date yet. Until then, click-to-chat from every lead works on all plans. Read more on WhatsApp CRM.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export your leads and customers to CSV on every plan, including Free.
