IndustriesEnkay CRM for businesses that run on enquiries
Every trade sells a little differently. A CCTV dealer surveys and installs, a coaching institute books demo classes, a travel agent revises the same itinerary four times. These pages show how each one runs inside Enkay CRM — the stages you will use, the features that matter, and what it does not do for you.
CCTV & security dealers
Enquiry, site survey, a quotation with camera count and DVR, the installation job and the AMC that pays for next year.
CRM for CCTV dealers →Solar installers
Roof and shadow survey, kW sizing, quotation revisions, and months of paperwork follow-ups before net-metering and maintenance.
CRM for solar installers →Interior & modular kitchen
Site measurement, design meetings, quotation revisions that never end, the booking advance and execution on site.
CRM for interior firms →AC & appliance service
Service calls, technician jobs with checklists, parts billed on the spot, AMC renewals and getting through the summer rush.
CRM for AC service →Real estate brokers
Portal leads, buyer requirements, repeat site visits and the token. Honest about what is missing: no property inventory.
CRM for real estate →Coaching institutes
Enquiry, counselling call, demo class and admission, through the admissions rush. An admissions tool, not a fees system.
CRM for coaching institutes →Travel agencies
Trip enquiry, itinerary quotation, revision after revision, and the booking advance. No booking engine, said plainly.
CRM for travel agencies →What every trade has in common
Under the differences, the businesses above sell the same way. An enquiry arrives — from IndiaMART, JustDial, a website form, a WhatsApp message or a phone call. Somebody has to call back quickly. There is usually a visit or a meeting, then a quotation, then a wait, then a yes or a no. And after the yes, there is work to do and, if you are lucky, a second sale.
Enkay CRM, built by Enkay Technologies, follows that shape. Enquiries land in one lead list. Every open lead carries a next follow-up date, and the Today screen puts the overdue ones first. The sales pipeline runs from New to Won or Lost. GST quotations and invoices, jobs with checklists and photos, and AMC contracts cover what happens after the sale.
Other trades from our list
These businesses do not have their own page yet. Here is how the general workflow fits them today.
Car dealers and automobile businesses
A car or two-wheeler enquiry is a lead with the model, variant, colour and finance preference in the requirement field. Use Site visit for the showroom visit or test drive, set the follow-up date to it, and move to Quotation when the on-road price is sent. For workshops and used-car dealers, won customers carry their service and repair jobs on one record. There is no vehicle stock or registration tracking; products and stock suit accessories and parts better than vehicles.
Digital and IT agencies
An agency enquiry becomes a proposal, and a proposal becomes three calls and a revised scope. The quotation with revisions fits well, as does the "customer opened your quotation" follow-up task. Lost reasons are worth recording: after a quarter you will know whether you lose on price or on timing. Enkay CRM does not do project management, time tracking or retainers, so the work after the sale lives in your project tool.
Home improvement
Painting, waterproofing, flooring, modular furniture and renovation contractors follow almost the same path as interior firms: a site visit, a measured quotation, revisions, an advance and an execution job with photos. The interior page is the closest match, and repair jobs cover the call-backs after handover.
Suppliers and distributors
For suppliers, IndiaMART is often the main source, and the automatic IndiaMART push plus duplicate handling do most of the work. Buyers rarely need a site visit; the pipeline goes from Contacted to Quotation quickly. Repeat orders from existing customers can be invoiced from their record, and the money-owed-by-age report shows who is slow to pay. There is no purchase order, dealer network or distributor scheme management. See how to connect IndiaMART to a CRM.
When a trade needs more than a CRM
Each industry page ends with a list of what Enkay CRM does not do for that trade: property inventory for real estate, fees and batches for coaching, a booking engine for travel. If one of those gaps is the heart of your business, Enkay Technologies also builds custom software. For most businesses, though, the lead and follow-up side is where the money is lost, and that is what Enkay CRM is for.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a separate version of Enkay CRM for each industry?
No. It is one product with the same features for every business. The industry pages show how to use those features for your trade — which pipeline stages matter, what to write in the requirement field, which job types you will use.
Can I rename the pipeline stages for my trade?
No. The stages are fixed: New, Contacted, Qualified, Site visit, Quotation, Negotiation, Won and Lost. Most trades map onto them well; a coaching institute, for example, uses Site visit for the demo class. Steps after the sale are handled with jobs and tasks.
My trade is not listed. Will Enkay CRM work for me?
If your customers enquire, compare and then buy, it probably will. Start on the Free plan and try it with real leads for a week. If something important is missing, write to support@enkaytechnologies.com and tell us what.
Try it with your own enquiries
