Dashboard and reports that answer an owner’s questions
Which lead source is worth paying for? Who on the team converts, and who just collects leads? How much is owed, and for how long? Enkay CRM answers these from the work your team already does — no spreadsheet at the end of the month.
The problem: you pay for leads and cannot tell what they return
A coaching institute in Jaipur pays for a JustDial listing, runs an IndiaMART subscription for its corporate training arm, gets walk-in enquiries, and receives dozens of WhatsApp messages from parents after the board results. At the end of the season the owner wants to know which of these actually produced admissions. The honest answer, most years, is “probably JustDial?”
The same gap shows up everywhere. Which counsellor converts? How long do we take to call a new enquiry back? How much fee is still to be collected, and from whom? Without a record of every lead and its outcome, these are opinions.
When enquiries, follow-ups, quotations and invoices all live in Enkay CRM, the numbers come for free. Nobody has to fill in a report; the reports are the work.
The dashboard
The dashboard is the owner’s morning view. Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days and it shows:
- Key numbers: new leads, follow-ups due, customers won and more.
- A trend line of leads, deals won and follow-ups done, so you can see whether the team is keeping up with enquiries.
- Pipeline counts: how many leads sit at each stage of the sales pipeline.
- Leads by source: IndiaMART, JustDial, website, WhatsApp, phone and the rest.
- Today’s follow-ups and open tasks.
- Money figures from quotations and invoices.
- Median response time: how quickly new leads are contacted. For portal leads, where several sellers get the same enquiry, this is often the number that matters most.
The reports
Sales reports
- Lead conversion — how leads move through the stages and how many become customers.
- Lead sources — leads and win rate by source. The report that tells you whether a portal subscription is paying for itself. Our post on tracking lead sources explains how to read it.
- Team performance — each person’s leads and results, side by side.
- Why deals were lost — the lost reasons your team records, grouped, so a pattern like “price after site visit” stands out.
- Quotations — acceptance rate and how many days customers take to accept.
Money reports
- Invoiced and collected over a period.
- Money owed by age — outstanding invoices grouped by how long they have been unpaid, so the oldest get chased first.
- Best sellers — which products or services bring in the most.
- GST summary for the period.
- Invoice register, downloadable as CSV for your accountant.
Win rate by source only works if every lead has the right source, and lost-deal reasons only help if people pick a real one. Choose the source when adding WhatsApp and phone leads by hand, and ask the team to record why a deal was lost rather than leaving leads open for ever.
Where the numbers come from
Nothing on the dashboard or in the reports is typed in separately. Lead counts come from the leads your sources push in and your team adds. Response time comes from when a lead arrived and when it was first contacted. Win rates come from leads marked Won or Lost. Money figures come from the quotations, invoices and payments recorded in Enkay CRM. Keep the day-to-day work in the app and the reports take care of themselves.
Who it is for
- Owners who pay for leads from IndiaMART, JustDial or ads and want to see the return.
- Sales managers who review the team weekly and want facts rather than updates. See team management for assignment and roles.
- Businesses with money outstanding who need to know who owes what, and since when.
- Anyone preparing for their accountant each month with a GST summary and invoice register.

What it does not do yet
- No custom report builder. The reports are fixed. Export leads and customers to CSV for your own analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
- No scheduled report emails. Reports are viewed in the app.
- No call analytics. Phone calls are not recorded or logged automatically, so call counts and durations are not reported.
- No ad-spend tracking. Enkay CRM shows leads and win rate by source; you compare that with what you spend.
A monthly review in half an hour
- Lead sources: which source brought the most wins, not the most leads. Decide whether each paid subscription stays.
- Why deals were lost: pick the top reason and one change to make this month.
- Team performance: who needs help, who needs more leads.
- Money owed by age: call everyone past 30 days.
- GST summary and invoice register: send to your accountant.
Which plan includes it
The dashboard is on every plan, including Free.
The reports are on the Business plan: ₹499 a month or ₹4,990 a year, for the whole business with unlimited users. Money reports depend on quotations and invoices, which are also on Business. New signups get 90 days of Business features free, so the reports have a full quarter of data by the time you decide. See pricing.
